Q: MUST I SIGN A LONG TERM CONTRACT?
A: No, there is no commitment period whatsoever. We're confident you're going to love our service and will choose to stay a client!
Q: DO YOU TAKE AWAY THE DOG POO, OR LEAVE IT IN MY TRASH?
A: We take away every bit of it, every time. You will be odor and pest free.
Q: HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN IN BUSINESS, AND ARE YOU INSURED?
A: Dirty Work stared cleaning Atlanta's yards in 1998, and our business continues to "pick up"! We are fully licensed and insured, including General Liability and Worker's Comp.
Q: DO YOU ONLY POOP SCOOP YARDS?
A: No. If a dog poops it, we'll scoop it! That includes Apartments, Townhomes, Hotels, Condos, Pet-related Businesses, Parks, and special circumstances that some dog owners require. (Don't be afraid to ask, we're here to help.)
Q: WILL YOU SCOOP WITH MY DOG IN THE YARD?
A: Absolutely! We're all dog nuts here, and it's the biggest perk to the Dirty Work we do.
Q: I HAD SOMEONE ELSE SCOOPING MY YARD (neighbor kid, lawn service, another company...), BUT THEY'VE GONE OUT OF BUSINESS OR SIMPLY STOPPED COMING. WILL THAT HAPPEN WITH DIRTY WORK?
A: NO. We know our clients rely on us, and we appreciate and respect that. Our business is going strong, and your satisfaction is the only thing that keeps us growing.
Q: WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY "SATISFACTION GUARANTEED"?
A: If you're ever not satisfied, just give us a call. We will come back out and re-clean your yard. If a mistake happens, we want to know about it so that we can correct it for you.
